The Great Alaska Council, Tustumena District of the Boy Scouts of America offers programs for boys ages 7-20 and girls ages 14-20. Our programs focus on character development through outdoor experiences. We serve over 500 youth each year. We provide adult leader training opportunities as well as quarterly events for the youth to get involved. Locally, we have Day Camps and our annual Scout-O-Ramma. Our programs are funded through our Friends of Scouting Campaign where donations are received from Eagle Scouts, Scouting families, and friends of Scouting. This year we raised $17,900 which has gone towards training, events, and programs for the Scouts.
