Special Events Committee
- Develop special events to promote the Kenai Chamber
of Commerce
- Participate in planning and promoting chamber events
- Annual chamber events include, but not limited to:
- Annual Community Awards Banquet - January
- Job Shadow Program - February
- “Up Your Alley” Bowling Tournament – April
- 4th of July Parade & Festivities
- Annual Beer and Wine Tasting – October
- Christmas Comes to Kenai – November

Auction Committee
- Oversee the operation of the chamber’s annual auction
- Assist with soliciting donations and selling tickets/sponsorships to the
event
Chamber Ambassadors
- Promote the Kenai Chamber of Commerce
- Assist in welcoming new businesses to the area
- Volunteer at special events including open houses and ribbon
cutting ceremonies
