Business After Hours provides an opportunity for you to spotlight your business in an open house atmosphere. The Kenai Chamber of Commerce allows guests to discover what your business has to offer while providing a networking opportunity. This is one of the many benefits you receive with your Chamber membership!
Benefits of hosting a Business After Hours
- Publicity – Your Business After Hours announcement will be included in the weekly Chamber radio spot, in our Monthly Focus newsletter, our Peninsula Clarion Ad, and online at www.kenaichamber.org.
- Kenai Chamber Leadership; Board Members, staff and Ambassadors will attend your Business After Hours
- Kenai Chamber Ambassadors will collect business cards for door prize drawings. These cards can be made available to you and may offer leads for future business.
- Business After Hours invitations with your logo are available for purchase if you need more than the 30 provided.
Business After Hours are usually held on a week night, but can be scheduled at any time, please contact info@kenaichamber.org or call 283-7989. The Chamber tries diligently to hold no more than one Business After Hours every other month to increase attendance.
To assist you in planning your Business After Hours, an ambassador will be assigned as your contact person to answer any questions and assist you in any way.
As a Business After Hours host, we encourage you to invite VIP customers and promote your Business After Hours within the community by announcing your event at luncheons, special events, and other media that could benefit your business. The Kenai Chamber charges $100 to host a Business After Hours. This cost helps pay for postage and invitations which are sent out to over 370 members, an additional 30 invitations for your VIP customers, weekly radio advertisement, and advertisement in the Chamber monthly newsletter.
